Since the property has been owned by the current owner, a swath (future Orion Avenue) has been cut in running West from Midnight Sun. Orion Avenue (no street sign) is about 1/2 mile south of Borealis Avenue on the West side of Midnight Sun.
Walking West from Midnight Sun, the property is approx 1/4 mile in to the NE corner on the South side of the swath(Orion Avenue). There is a mix of Aspen, Spruce, standing dead trees and possible other tree species on the property. The property and surrounding area are covered with several inches of ground cover.
